Sprinkler overspray and repeated wetting leave mineral deposits that ordinary washing won’t move. Light spotting often lifts with the right treatment; etching that has damaged the glass usually can’t be fixed by cleaning — you’ll be told which one you’re looking at rather than promised a result.

Pane count, window height and access, French panes and divided lights, and whether screens and storm panels come into play. Second-story and ladder work is standard; unusual access changes the plan.
