This page describes what the request form collects, what it does not ask for, and who sees what. It covers the form, first-party event tracking, and the analytics beacon loaded on standard pages.

What the request form collects

The request form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, property type, the kind of work you are asking about, and an optional email address and notes field. It also records which page the form was on, the site that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and used to handle and respond to your request. A reference number is issued for each accepted request; keep it if you want to refer to the request later.

What the form does not ask for

The form does not ask for your street address, card numbers, or any government identifier, and there is no account system on this site. The notes field is optional, but anything you type into it is stored as submitted — so please keep sensitive information out of it.

First-party event tracking

The site records a small number of first-party events through its own endpoint: page views, clicks on call or text links, and form stages such as started, submitted, accepted, or errored. Each event carries the event name, the page path without a query string, the referring hostname, a random session identifier, campaign fields, and a short approved label. Events are not intended to contain names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, or anything typed into the form.

Analytics beacon

The home page, the services index, and each service page also load a third-party analytics script. When it runs, it records the page address, the referring page, and your browser window width. It runs only on pages whose address is a plain canonical route, it is held back on this page, and it never receives form submissions, names, phone numbers, email addresses, or property notes. Its own terms and privacy practices apply in addition to this page.

Browser storage and the receipt cookie

The site keeps two short-lived values in your browser's session storage: a random session identifier for grouping events, and any campaign parameters you arrived with. Both clear when you close the tab.

When a request is accepted, the site sets one cookie that your browser sends only to the receipt page. It contains the request reference, the creation time, and a signature that lets the page verify the reference came from this site. The cookie is HttpOnly and Secure, expires after 24 hours, and is not used for advertising.
