Landscape, Roofline & Christmas Lighting

Lighting is how a property gets used after dark. This work covers landscape lighting along beds, paths, and trees; roofline lighting on the house itself; and Christmas lighting installs that go up, get looked after through the season, and come down without a fight.

Landscape lighting

Path lights, uplights on trees and masonry, and washes over beds and steps — placed for how you actually walk and sit outside, with wiring run where an edger or mower won’t find it.

Roofline lighting

Peak and eave lines that follow the house cleanly, with attention to clip spacing, alignment, and how the whole run reads from the street after dark rather than only up close.

Christmas lighting

Install, timer setup, and takedown — strings sized to the runs they cover, secured against wind, and removed after the season so nothing stays up to bake in the sun. Existing lighting can often be reused when it’s still in shape.

What affects scope

Linear footage of roofline and bed runs, tree count and height, where power and circuits sit, and whether the install is for one season or meant to stay up year-round.

Common questions

Do you put up Christmas lighting?

Yes — install, timer setup, and takedown, with strings sized to the runs they cover and secured against wind. Existing lighting can often be reused when it’s still in shape.

When does holiday lighting come down?

Installs are removed after the season so nothing stays up to bake in the sun. Whether an install is for one season or meant to stay up year-round is part of how the job is planned.

Is roofline lighting reviewed before scheduling?

Yes — roofline and permanent installs involve roof access and are reviewed before scheduling. Steep pitches and multi-story lines are planned and equipped for before anyone climbs; the review settles that first.

Describe the work — where it sits on the property, roughly what it involves, and anything that makes access or scope unusual. Every request is reviewed before scheduling, so the scope, the timing, and who does the work are settled before anyone shows up.
