Suggestions and a plan
You get layout suggestions and plant choices matched to the conditions — shade tolerance, drainage, mature size, and how much care they’ll ask for later. The point is a plan that survives contact with the property, not one that looks good on paper for a season.
Phasing
Suggestions come phased so the work can happen in stages — drainage and hardscape first, planting later — and so each stage stands on its own if the next one waits a season or a year.
What affects scope
